A Smart Phone is the most important tool in a REALTORS bag because it is a mini-computer and can do anything a big computer can do, just in a smaller package. Plus it is the heart of all communication with today’s consumer whether it be via phone, email, SMS/text, messaging service, video, or more. And it is essential to be able to properly service today’s consumer/customer who has zero patience, loyalty, and very high demands/expectations. In this section, we will give you some advice on how to buy the best/right smartphone.

Apple iOS Devices (iPhone & iPad) Apple makes great devices, from the MAC computers to iPhones, to iPads & more.  Learn the keys to using them!

Google Android Devices The Android operating system allows any vendor to build mobile (smartphone & tablet) devices and now has started making hardware devices based on their Chromium OS. Android phones continue to be the most powerful, customizable & innovative devices on the market.  If you are the kind of person that just wants the best phone you will most likely choose Android whether it is from the Samsung Galaxy, the Moto or Nexus lines or the HTC One lines, you are assured of having an awesome phone, the only downside is a lower number of apps & accessories for the real estate industry than Apple/IOS.  So if you aren’t worried about apps and just want the best devices, then Android Phones are your choice!.
