BSafe App Review
Real estate is a dangerous business, so it makes sense to protect yourself in every way possible. Well, the BSafe App is an amazing tool to help you protect yourself as well as those you love (more on that later). Once you download this app (Free on both IOS & Android), the first thing you need to do is set up you Guardians, this is a list of Emergency Contacts who you will be there for you just in case you ever need them (best friends, family members, your broker, etc.). Whoever you put in as a Guardian will receive an SMS/text message from BSafe asking them to approve this. The BSafe app allows you do things like act like you are on a Fake Phone Call, Timed Location Check-Ins, and the SOS Emergency function that sets off an audio alarm on your phone and contacts all of your Guardians with an SMS/text message of your exact GPS location and that you are in trouble if you ever set it off. So this app should be open on your phone anytime you are in a real estate situation (example entering or leaving a property) or in any potentially dangerous non-real estate situation (for example leaving a mall parking lot late at night) so that you are ready to hit that SOS button if you are scared. Hopefully, just the alarm noise would scare someone off, but just in case hopefully, help is on the way by way of your guardians. Your guardians are also able to track your location on a map (optional) and the Share button allows you to invite anyone you want to be able to use the app which makes it simple to implement for your family & friends (told you we would get to that later).
